Check-in

After my last post, my family came into town to visit. The delicious meals we shared kicked off a regaining lost weight spree. I'm getting myself back into a routine of healthy food choices and exercising outside of my job. Slim in 6 is going to need the reset button pushed. Week 1...starting anew. :)

I'm grateful I've at least learned, in my 30 years of life, that failures are stepping-stones to success. So, I'm stepping on this stone and moving forward!

Go, Ali, go!!! For me, eating the right things in the right amounts boosts the metabolism, even without exercise. You can do it!!
